TARDIS Burger

McDonald's is well known for adverts that make their burgers look massive.  Anyone who has ever bought one of their burgers know how small they really are.  I know I’m not the first person to point this out.   How do they get away with this?  Maybe like doctor Who’s TARDIS they’re bigger on the inside?

Having seen recant advertising poster they seem to get away with by placing a really small disclaimer at the bottom of their posters saying Burger isn’t shown actual size.  Maybe this is a good thing then??  What with American’s leading the way with ever bigger burgers and the obesity epidemic.

Well I say no it isn’t, it’s misleading.

Burger King has appointed former McDonald's marketer Jo Blundell as its new marketing director, replacing Sarah Power.  Is this the person responsible for this crime against humanity?  If so, does this mean Burger King will now lie to us as well?  Only time will tell.

Jo Blundell could be Public enemy number one for fast food lovers.   information used for this article came from marketingmagazine.co.uk .
